After an internship and residency in the USA, Philippe became a Diplomate of both the ECVIM and ECVN. After 17 years at his referral hospital in Limoges, France, Philippe left practice to found Medi-Productions (branded as Visiocare Services), a company specialised in digital communication services for veterinarians.

An experienced Marketer, Jolian has worked in a variety of marketing, business development and brand leadership positions across europe, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for blockbuster brands and specialist medicines, and from clinical trial development through to pre-launch and launch phases.

A qualified vet with a diverse background of experience, Matt has worked in mixed practice, academia - including teaching research and clinical posts - and had a successful stint in clinical practice, launching the multisite livestock group Westpoint Vets in 2004.

As a qualified vet with a near 150-year-old multi-brand practice under his wings, Jamie has also founded and exited two successful businesses - Standalone practice Oak Barn Vets acquired by Mars in 2018, and Virtual Recall, a global healthcare company acquired by Zoetis in 2020.
