Wendy Judges at University of Nottingham Scale Accelerator programme

Wendy was recently invited to be one of the judges at the end of the Scale Accelerator programme at the University of Nottingham Business School. The programme is designed to support and equip high potential companies with skills, instruments and entrepreneurial passion to grow as fast as possible. Wendy, like the other founders, has a passion for supporting early-stage businesses and the people in them.

At the event 10 companies at the very start of the journeys pitched for funding to six experienced judges. The standards were very high and across a diverse range of businesses with some of the businesses being awarded funding and offered mentorship by the judges for their next stages of development. It is this dedication and support of business from the very early stages through to series A and beyond and the experience of our founding team that are our strengths. As part of our mission, we provide support and mentorship that can turn an entrepreneurial spirit into a spark that ignites a world of progress – supporting events like this is part of being true to our mission.
